Privacy Policy
Tech Knowledge Base Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").
Article 1 (Personal Information)
"Personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and means information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other descriptions contained in the information, as well as data relating to appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and insurer numbers on health insurance cards that can identify a specific individual from such information alone (personal identification information).

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

- To send emails regarding new features, updates, campaigns, and other information about the services provided by the Company
- For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use
Personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the above.
Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)
The Company shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the changed purpose is related to the purpose before the change.
When the purpose of use is changed, the Company shall notify users of the changed purpose by the method specified by the Company or publish it on this website.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

- When the following matters have been announced or made public in advance, and the Company has notified the Personal Information Protection Commission
- That the purpose of use includes provision to third parties

- That provision of personal information to third parties will be stopped upon request of the person
- The method for accepting requests from the person
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When the Company is requested by the person to disclose personal information, it shall disclose the information to the person without delay. However, if disclosure would fall under any of the following, the Company may not disclose all or part of the information, and if it decides not to disclose, it shall notify the person without delay.
- When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the person or a third party
- When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper implementation of the Company's business
- When it would violate other laws and regulations
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information such as history information and characteristic information shall not be disclosed in principle.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
Users may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") their personal information held by the Company in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company when such personal information is incorrect.
When the Company receives a request as set forth in the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, it shall make the correction, etc. of the personal information without delay.
When the Company has made a correction, etc. in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to make a correction, etc., it shall notify the user without delay.
Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except as otherwise provided in this Policy or in laws and regulations.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect when it is posted on this website.
